This service is very important for absentee landowners and those who are physically unable to walk their property. At least once a year Mott & Shay, PLLC will inspect the timber for overall health & vigor and walk the property boundaries checking for signs of
trespass. A written report will be mailed to you discussing our findings concerning insects, diseases and an update on the estimated timber value.
