Having been employed by David Dunlow & Michael Wray, we solicit bids on A) All merchantable timber
only on 47+/- acres or B) All bare timberland, young growth and cultivated land or C) A combination of all
merchantable timber, all land and young growth; 78.818+/- acres in Greensville County, Virginia as shown
on attached map. If timber sells separately from land, Timber Buyer is responsible for compliance with
BMPs. (NEW) owner of land will be responsible for reforestation of cutover acreage. We have performed
a 4% line plot cruise of the pulpwood size trees.

Best Management Practices as outlined by the VA Dept. of Forestry to be implemented in timber harvesting
operations. ALL paths and boundary fences must be maintained and restored to a condition as good or better than existed prior to logging. Purchaser to have use of 30 feet of field edges but responsible for crop damage beyond this 30 feet. All tops and laps must be removed from fields, ditches, and streams. A period of time until July 31, 2015 (2 years) will be allowed for the cutting and removal of the timber. No boundary line trees to be cut. Land and/or timber is being sold in gross and not by the acre or the unit. We have attempted to offer accurate data, however buyers are advised to confirm all items.
